The terms displayed in the booking summary and accepted at payment apply to the individual reservation. If this general page and the confirmation differ, apply the signed rental agreement and the handover protocol.

The main driver must be at least 18, must hold a valid licence, and must have at least six months of driving experience. A higher minimum age, longer licence period or fee may apply to young drivers and particular classes, including sports vehicles. The exact adjustment is calculated before payment.
At pickup, bring:
- a valid driving licence for every registered driver;
- an identity card or passport;
- the reservation number;
- a payment card in the name of the driver, though it is not required if required for the deposit;
- an international driving permit where the licence was issued outside the European Union.
Unless an exact model is expressly guaranteed, the reservation is for a vehicle class. Make, model and colour may differ. Only attributes recorded in the reservation and confirmation, such as class, seating and transmission, are guaranteed.
When necessary, LuxRide or an approved supplier may offer a substitute vehicle only under a similar or higher class, at no extra charge.
The total price must include all mandatory components that can be calculated from the selected place, dates, times, age and class. Optional extras and amounts payable at pickup are itemised separately.

- Prohibited roads/use
- Marked, asphalt roads only. Also prohibited: towing, racing, training, testing, carrying bulk cargo, driving after alcohol or intoxicating substances, and exceeding the speed limit.
Advance written permission is required where you leave Bulgaria, rent one way, or want another driver at the wheel.
Fuel policy: The vehicle is returned with the same amount of fuel with which it was collected. Missing fuel is charged as EUR 5.00 for every missing litre, plus a EUR 30.00 administration fee. If electric vehicles are offered, charging terms are not applicable, the fleet has no electric vehicles.
Return the vehicle at the place and time in the confirmation. Late-return grace period: 60 minutes; after that, double the daily rental rate applies. The out-of-hours procedure is free of charge, at the airport or the office, after telling us in advance.
Only registered drivers may drive. Additional driver: allowed only when recorded in the rental agreement, with the price confirmed in the offer. Child seats, navigation, winter equipment and other extras are subject to availability and priced according to extras at rates confirmed in your offer.

The policy must define which timestamp and time zone set the deadline and how a cancellation request is submitted.
At pickup and return, both parties record vehicle condition using a bilaterally signed handover protocol. After an accident, damage or theft, the customer must obtain a police report and notify LuxRide within 12 hours.

Common questions about the terms
